Meet Our Team

For many seniors, exercise can be a scary word. 4 Ever Fit Personal Trainers are experienced senior movement specialists. We take the fear out of exercise by taking the time to listen and to understand the needs of clients, building rapport. We then develop safe, effective exercise programs to help our clients move and feel better.

We have a one-size-fits-ONE philosophy. No two people are exactly alike. No two exercise plans should be either. 4EF personal trainers prepare for each session with the client’s goals in mind, customizing exercises to meet client’s current abilities while moving them progressively toward their goals. What are your goals? We design workouts to improve range of motion, function, neurological response, cardiovascular output, bone density

Together we have over 100 years of experience, working with countless senior citizens 1-on-1 , as couples and in group or family settings. Our team members are nationally certified, CPR certified, insured and background checked.

Schedule your functional fitness assessment with us and let our experts show  you how to exercise specifically for you.
