Weekly Fitness Challenge Stairs & Legs
For my die hards out there, I apologize for missing the last 2 weeks. For those of you who watch the videos weekly, you know I always ask you to subscribe to our youtube page at the end of each video. Many people may not know how to do it. This week we will challenge your cardio a little and fatigue your lower body. Perform the following 4 exercises as quickly as possible, rest for 1 minute and repeat an additional 1 or 2 times.
- 10 flights of stairs – up and down your flight would be one.
- 20 Sumo Squats – Wide Leg
- 20 stair jumps – double leg – single stair
- Deep Squat Hold – 1 Minute
Rest for 1 minutes and repeat 1 or 2 additional times
