Weekly Fitness Challenges

The challenge will consist of completing a specific exercise or group of exercises for 7 straight days. Lasting changes to our fitness level occur best when we perform exercises consistently. Join me in challenging ourselves to do a specific group of exercises each day.  Always remember, do your best today and if you don’t get it done you will always have tomorrow to improve.

Isometric Challenge

Perform a Wall Sit – 1-3 Minutes

Prone Super Man Hold 30-60 seconds

Perform a Side Plank 1 Minute on each side

Push Up Position Plank 1-5 Minutes

V Seat Hold 30-60 seconds
