Weekly Fitness Challenge – Aug. 21

A fun summer quick workout to add to your daily cardio.

4 Minutes is all you need to get your legs stimulated for the day.

Do each exercise below for 1 minute with no rest in between exercises.

Jump Rope

Deep Squats

Supine Flutter Kick – ABS

Full Sit Ups- Straight Leg or Bent Leg.

Repeat once or twice to up the intensity.

Remember NO RESTING!!!!!!!
