Weekly Fitness Challenge

Let me update you on my performance for last week.

I was able to complete almost 3 rounds of Bur pees, In and Outs, Push Ups and Jumping Jacks in 5 minutes the first two times I performed the challenge.  The final time I did a little over 3 rounds.  I noticed my running became easier this week.  I think the bur-pees really help with over all fitness.

On to this weeks challenge.

This is a time challenge.  Complete the following as fast as possible.  let’s shoot for every other day again.  Good Luck.

50 Full Sit Ups

50 Air Squats

50 Push Ups

10 Bur-pees

40 Supine Flutter Kicks

50 Jumping Jacks

Total of 250 Reps.
