This is an every other day Challenge.

5 Minute Challenge

15 Burpees

15 In and Out Knee Raises

15 Push Ups

25 Jumping Jacks

Repeat.  Do as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes.

Day 1:  I completed 2 complete rounds and completed Burpees, In and Outs, Push Ups and 22 Jumping Jacks.
