Weekly Fitness Challenge

6 Minute Workout.

This is going to be a tough one this week.

5 Exercises – 1 minute each.  10 Seconds rest between exercises.  Perform as many as you can of each movement in a minute.  Rest for 10 seconds and then begin the next movement.

  1. Forward Lunge with two handed toe touch alternating legs.
  2. Plank to Push Up.
  3. Front Raises – Dumbbell
  4. Alternating Elbow to Knee Bicycles
  5. Squat Jumps
