Weekly Fitness Challenge
6 Minute Workout.
This is going to be a tough one this week.
5 Exercises – 1 minute each. 10 Seconds rest between exercises. Perform as many as you can of each movement in a minute. Rest for 10 seconds and then begin the next movement.
- Forward Lunge with two handed toe touch alternating legs.
- Plank to Push Up.
- Front Raises – Dumbbell
- Alternating Elbow to Knee Bicycles
- Squat Jumps
