Weekly Fitness Challenge

When you start your day with an accomplishment it puts you in a great place. The exercise box has been checked.  Even if it is just 1 small accomplishment.  That accomplishment and success is better than nothing.

This weeks challenge is tough, but very simple.

Within the first 10 minutes of getting up perform the following.

50 stationary Butt Kickers – (This is a great way to warm up your legs and hamstrings before the bur-pees.)


25 Bur-pees

If you are unable to do a burpee you can do a modified burpee.
