Dan has been exercising his body and educating himself about how the body works for the past 30 years. Along the way he has helped scores of clients increase their flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular strength, joint stability all while providing a safe workout environment.
Dan’s workouts prioritize joint strength and mobility. His high repetition smooth and seamless movements exercise the joints without enforcing heavy stress loads. They utilize the body’s natural three dimensional planes of motion. The fluid and grace workout incorporates the movement aesthetics of modern dance, with the total body functional exercises, performed in rhythmic tempo which eliminates joint trauma.
