Labor Day to Columbus Day Run Streak
Start your fall off with our Labor Day to Columbus Day 1 Mile per day run/walk challenge. Make it your goal to either walk or run 1 mile per day for the next 42 days. This is somewhere between 8 and 20 minutes per day to build a baseline of cardiovascular fitness. Moving continuously is what humans are designed to do.
