December Fitness Challenge

NO FOOD AFTER DINNER CHALLENGE

This is a 20 day challenge. 
Eat dinner and avoid food until breakfast.
When you feel a craving for food address it with a short burst of exercise.
Do 60 seconds worth of any of the following.
Push Ups

Sit Ups

Burpees

Jumping Jacks

Walking or running in place

Squats

Mountain Climbers

Planks

or anything which raises your heart rate.
If you use the exercise to kill the food craving the craving will go away.  After a few days the food cravings will stop.
Weigh yourself on day 1 and again on day 20.
