4 Ever Fit – Fitness Challenge

This challenge is simple.  It is a 2 week Challenge.

  1. Do as many pull ups as you can in one set. Each day add 1 more pull up. It might take you two or three sets but add an extra pull up each day. Do this for 14 days.  Tally your total for the 2 weeks and report back on twitter @paulfezza
  2. Do 20 jump ropes on day 1. Add 20 each day for 20 weeks.  On day 14 your will be up to 280 for the day.  You can rest while doing them if needed.
