4 Ever Fit Challenge – December

I am changing it up a bit this month.   When you get busy exercise takes a back seat for most.  My challenge to you this month is to do 10 minutes of hard cardio every day.  Hard in reference to your level of fitness.  Run or walk fast.  Bike sprints.  Rowing machine, jump rope. Anything you want just put in the 10 minutes and sweat.  Do it every day and your January workouts will be so much easier.  What a great way to finish the year with a fitness streak and starting the new year healthier than last year.  We can do so much more than we realize if we commit and put our minds towards a goal.
