30 Day Challenge – UP

Perform the following each day.  You don’t have to do them all at once or in 1 set.  Just get them done.

Choose your goal.

Mine is

10 Pull ups      50 Push Ups       100 Sit Ups

Yours can be

5 Pull Ups       25 Push Ups       50 Sit Ups.

Make it hard but not too hard.  It is a long term consistency goal.  The hardest part is getting started.
